All UK orders are sent using a tracked service where possible. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

EU Shipping

We are pleased to offer shipping to customers across the EU.

EU delivery usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on the destination and local courier handling.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Taxes, Duties & Import Fees (EU Orders)

Since we are based in the UK, orders sent to the EU are treated as international shipments.

This means:

  • We do not charge UK VAT at checkout
  • Your local customs authority may apply import VAT (e.g. German VAT)
  • A courier handling fee may also be charged
  • These charges are:
  • Set by the destination country
  • Not controlled by us
  • Payable by the customer before delivery

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges.

Delivery Information

  • Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address

Returns & International Orders

If you wish to return an item from outside the UK:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Any original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Import taxes and duties paid at delivery are not refundable through us
