Refund policy
We want your rowdy gang to be over the moon with their new outfit, but if it’s not quite right, don’t worry! Here’s how our returns and refunds work at Rowdy Robin.
In a nutshell:
- You’ve got 14 days from the day the garment arrives to send it back.
- If it’s in brand-new condition, we’ll refund you.
- Faulty? We’ve got you covered - free return and full refund or replacement.
- Shipping is UK only (for now).

1. What’s your returns window?
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it (that’s your “cooling-off” period under UK law).
- To qualify for a refund, items must reach us within this period.
- That means, in total, you’ve up to 14 days to return items for a refund if they’re unused and in original condition.
Note: This applies to “change of mind” returns. For faulty or incorrect items, see section 4 below.
2. What counts as a valid return?
To be eligible for a return (for change of mind):
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in pristine, saleable condition (with all labels and original packaging intact).
- Try outfits on indoors, on a clean surface - no grass, mud, or sticky fingers, please!
- If your return arrives in a condition that makes it unsellable, we may not accept it and we might send it back to you.
3. How to make a return (change of mind)
1. Let us know you'd like a refund, let us know details about your order and your return details.
2. We’ll review and send you a return authorisation + return address.
3. You pack it safely (using original packaging if possible) and send it back — we strongly advise using a signed-for or tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until we receive them.
4. Once we’ve checked your return, we’ll issue your refund (see section 5).
4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, don’t worry we’ll make it right:
- Please get in touch within 14 days of delivery, and include your order number + photos of the fault or damage.
- For these kinds of returns, we’ll cover the cost of sending it back (just use a tracked service and keep your receipt).
- After we receive and inspect, we’ll issue a full refund (including original delivery cost) or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
5. When and how you’ll get your refund
- Once your return is accepted, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within up to 14 days.
- (Bank or card issuer delays may mean it shows a bit later, depending on their processing time.)
- If your original delivery method was express, we’ll refund you standard delivery cost only, unless the reason for return is due to fault.
6. Exchanges & replacements
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. But you can:
- Return the item you don’t want (as above), and
- Place a new order for the size, colour or style you prefer.
This helps us ensure stock control and speed things up on our end 😀
7. International shipping & returns (coming soon)
At the moment, we only ship to and accept returns from addresses in the United Kingdom.
But, we're working hard to ship internationally! Stay tuned for updates.
8. A few extra bits & tips
- Gifts & gift returns: If you received Rowdy Robin clothes as a gift, just follow the normal return process and let us know it’s a gift. We’ll refund to the purchaser or issue a gift credit (your choice).
- Sale & discounted items: We accept returns on sale items too, as long as they meet our usual return criteria.
- Non-returnable items: Custom or personalised items (unless faulty) can’t be returned for change of mind. We’ll clearly state this on product pages.
- Keep your proof of postage or tracking until your refund is confirmed, it’s your safety net if parcels go missing.
9. Key customer rights & legal bits (UK)
- Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day right to cancel most online purchases (that’s your “cooling-off” period).
- If goods are faulty, by law you are entitled to refund, repair or replacement.
- Our policy gives you a fair, transparent way to use those rights. We’ll always try to make returns friendly and simple!
